This was my mom and I third annual trip together down at the beach. We really enjoyed this place and the location! once we got there I parked and didn’t drive until we left. Everything was very walkable. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving you extra comfort with the ceiling fan and TV with everything you can possibly watch! I felt right at home and even took a nap one of the days. We also enjoyed cooking dinner. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, including oil and seasonings . and just as advertised the views are absolutely amazing. I truly enjoyed sitting on the couch while watching TV and could look out the window and see people on the Ferris wheel and then look at the other window and see the ocean and bay ! we even seen the horses over at assateague and the binoculars that you provided allowed us to see them perfectly .I would love to come stay at their place again!

Great place, just as described. Beautiful space and the ocean view is amazing. Beach access is right outside of the building which is convenient however you feel right on the beach in the balcony by itself. Super clean and comfortable. Felt right at home, Tom and Melena are super responsive which was great! Will definitely come back!

It’s easy to concern yourself while trying to book a place to stay for vacation on whether or not you’re booking the ideal/ perfect place. Please do not concern yourself with such stress when booking with Tom & Melena at the beach box. My girlfriend and I entered the airbnb, and in our first 10 minutes of our stay, we knew this place was just right for us. An extremely comfortable living space that makes you feel right at home, while only being a few steps away from the beach. A true Utopia! Tom & Melena are also incredibly responsive and helpful with anything you may have questions or concerns about. I promise you will not regret booking with them and staying here!

Loved its boutique cozy feel!! There was no elevator and we were on the top floor. My husband is an amputee with a serious heart condition. The owner went way above and beyond to have another resident meet us on the ground floor with the elevator key!! Super appreciated that but would recommend that be in the description of the property.

The condo was super cute and every detail well thought out. Everything was in tip top shape. The view from the balcony was great and it was super clean. 10/10 would stay again.

We had an amazing time staying at the Beach Box. Tom and Melena were great hosts, they were flexible with check in and out times. The home was spotless and nicely decorated and was well stocked with whatever you might need. There were amazing views and many restaurants were within walking distance. We especially loved Bayside Skillet for breakfast each morning. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

Such a great location with nothing between the condo and the beach. Bright since it is a corner unit. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher as well as washer/dryer unit. So handy. Comfy bed!! Great beach vibe as well as excellent hosts that go out of their way to make you comfortable. Parking instructions were clear and easy to follow. Close to Assateague National Park and State Park, OC Boardwalk and Fenwick Island DE. We definitely look forward to staying again:)

Tom and Melena are wonderful hosts. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very relaxing. Excellent location. The sunrises are beautiful. We will stay again.

I had an amazing stay being able to hear and see the ocean so easily from Tom and Melena's place which is as lovely as the pictures show. And the hosts are so kind and easy to talk to as well. I'll def return.
